Should you be unsatisfied with your purchase, just return your items to us in their original condition and packaging within 7 days upon reaching your doorstep. We are not responsible for any of your shipping fee of return. We will provide you with an accumulative voucher to your account at the monetary value of the goods returned to us excluding postage fees.We will issue a voucher once received and inspected your return parcel.

Please remember to ask your Post Office for a proof of posting certificate and keep it safe for your reference. Without this, we cannot process a refund if we do not receive your parcel.

2. Tick the items that you wish to return (this will only be activated once the order status is changed to “deliver”). Please let us know the reason for your return of purchase, for our future reference.You will then be provided with our address.


3. Please include the return number in your return parcel that we send you through email upon submitting your return information.

4. Once we’ve received and examined your package, you will be credited an accumulative voucher under “My Vouchers”.
